We started Baseline Planning because we knew firsthand how confusing council paperwork could be. Years of working NSW council paperwork — from sheds and granny flats through to full subdivisions — gave us a clear view of what makes a clean approval, and what makes councils ask for more. We now bring that same knowledge to other people's projects.
